An outstanding well prepared and delicious event tonight! Fresh vegetables in a delightful tasty sauce. Generous portions and well packaged for our pick up. Great communication from the Shing Kee team to clarify food allergies we noted! Bravo… our go to rest when the yen hits us !!!

I came for a pick up. Services at the front desk were great! The service was quick and price was are great.

You told to me to come at 7.15pm to pick up my food, I got there 7.00pm, 15 minutes earlier, the Food was very cold, Peanut Dumplings were prepared a long time ago, the peanut butter sauce was not a sauce anymore.
The only thing warm in our dish for 2, was the Generall Tao, everything else had to go back in the microwave, Imagine if I would of picked up my order at the time of 7.15pm,
Reason why i get there Before the time set, i Like the pick up my food when its coming out of the Kitchen, my food was ready for at least 30 minutes before the time set from you . I should of call you back, Cant wait to see your answer.
